I found a used car (2013 Town & Country) that fits every category except for color. There's no way to say this delicately. It's beige. Chrysler call it Cashmere, but lets just call it what it is...beige. Now, this wouldn't normally even get onto my radar except that this particular example has exactly 4900 miles on it.
So this is the Friday version of "should I, or shouldn't I??!"

Buy it and go to town with some plasti-dip. You can have any color you want pretty much.

The only possible way to make it cool as to add more and more uncool until you cross the Beige Inversion Point. It's kind of like collapsing a star on purpose to produce a supernova. I suggest adding an "LX" badge or two, some utterly bland "mag-style" Wal Mart hubcaps and adding white and silver as accent colors (the only things more beige than beige). The resulting explosion may kill you, but it's a chance I'm willing to take.

Meh, I drive an old beige Toyota and it doesn't bother me none.

Vinyl wrap! Might I suggest this ? Or, maybe this to accent the Cashmere.

Why even care about what color your minivan is? You get a minivan because you want the space and the interior rather than the appearance, no?
Something something something, like shining a turd.

Beige is better than silver.

Oooh...wood panels. Could be awesome!

Hey, my 300M Special is silver. Actually, I don't agree only because I've never really liked either.

I kind of agree. But, given the way I own cars, I'm going to have to look at that turd for the next 14 years.

I'd really like white with some of those 300C "S" wheels. But, lets be honest; it's not happening.

Beige is almost brown, silver is silver. Therefore beige is better.

The wife and I really wouldn't mind buying the van that's actually brown. It's really brown!

Go for it. If the beigeness bugs you that much, get a vinyl wrap. Perhaps you can find a business that could use the advertising and would be willing to pay for the wrap.

It would definitely stand out. There is not enough fake wood paneling on vehicles these days.

Put on flowmasters and everyone will be too confused to notice the color.
Seriously, series 40s on a T&C sound nice.

I see your point. No point in buying a car with something that annoys you. There is something to be said for getting a great deal; but when you compromise, even on something as trivial as color, on such a major purchase, it can nag at you for as long as you own the car.
Then again, the post-purchase "if I had only waited, for $XXX I could have bought XXX instead" is a zero-sum game.

When I bought my 300M Special, I could have bought a newer Chrysler Concorde for less money and slightly fewer miles. I think you and I both agree, I made the better choice.
